Deploymnet of own components (add-ons)

There is an option to develop own components/applications using Clarizen API.
My question is if and how user can deploy this application as add-in into Clarizen.
As I see there are only embedded add-ins developed by Clarizen (e.g. Resource Heat Map). I don't recognize any third party add-in Marketplace.
