When user becomes None type, turn off all notification related settings automatically

Currently a None user is still able to receive emails from Clarizen if the setting Notify on Group Member Link is set to "On every post". And it requires  manual work to change that setting to "None" for all groups the user was part of to make sure the user will no longer receive any emails. This can currently be automated with a workflow, but the request is to make it a default functionality so that when a user becomes None type, all notification related settings are turned off automatically.
