Is it possble save the historic of notes in Clarizen?

Inside the project, we have the field "Weekly status report annotations". I wanted to know if the information can be saved for futher consultation. In this moment,we clear the last anotation to write the new and the annotation that was cleared is lost.

I would suggest writing a scheduled workflow to create a note or discussion post that contains the 'weekly status report annotations'.  That way you would have a weekly (Or whatever schedule you set) record of each status report.
