Adding/Changing hyperlinks in reports and dashboards?

I have a number of reports and dashboards that provide metrics on various topics that are related. For ease of navigation, I want to include links in one dashboard to other dashboards I've created. Is there anything I can use to do customize the navigation?

Each report and dashboard does have a unique URL. You can put that URL in the summary/description area of the report. Honestly, I think it would be easiest to just bookmark the reports you use frequently and open them all at the same time. If you put them in a folder in Chrome, you can right click the folder and open them all with a single action.
