Is it based on business days or all seven days in a week, the resource load?!

Report for Planned Time
Hi all,
I need a report that will show me how many active, billable hours are planned for this month.
I realise I can use the resource planner but i need a report that I can edit and put in a dashboard. The problem is when I run the report it shows 137 days but the resource load shows 110 days.
I'm reporting on Task and have the following filters:
State: Active
Resportable: True
Due Date: This Month
Billable: True
Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Im not sure I'm understanding what you are asking. The resource load module shows you whenever anyone is working.
