Staffing Requests - Allow for State Updates via WFRs

We has an intake process that has a step for an executive rejection.  When the new project is rejected in this step we want to reject the request, cancel the draft project, and reject the staffing requests that were entered against the draft project.

Today the Staffing requests state cannot me set via a workflow rule. this part must be done manually.  I would like the ability to change the state of a Staffing request like I do for the project and other objects in the platform.
