Discussion Module - Filter By Item Type

Currently, you can add the Item Type column on the Discussion module through settings but once added, you are not able to filter on the column by Item Type (User Group or Discussion Group). It would be nice if this field worked like any other field on the view and was able to used in filters and be filtered on the column headers after added. Picture below.
