how to add blackout periods in the work plan

I have a monthly "Financial Blackout" task in each Sprint that runs from the 28th through the 2nd (fixed dates). I want to make "no release" blackout periods around this time - How to accomplish this in the work plan?

In Clarizen One you would go to the Project Calendar (search for calendar in the profile card) and enter an exception.
