Create a Baseline from a Workflow

Morning,

The end goal I'm trying to achieve is to make sure projects are baselined.  We're all human and sometimes this step can be forgotten.  So, i would either like a WF that checks projects and will remind the PM that a baseline hasn't been set or a WF that will set a baseline when a specific task is completed.  All of our projects and work requests have a specific task called "Customer SoW Review".  This is the point where the project will be baselined.

Any assistance with setting this up would be much appreciated.
