Need to map cost code field input to pick-list value
I have a Cost Code field which is auto-populated when user fills the project information. I just want to bring that field inputs as a pick-list values. Is it possible to do so.?

If the pick-list has been created, please guide us how we can bind that information with the created pick-list field. Unable to get the correct option.
