Export Configurations

Is there a way to export Configurations (Custom fields, Workflow Validations, Custom Panels etc.) into a workbook in Clarizen One?

What do you mean by workbook? You can package these into an Application that can then be imported into another Clarizen instance (such as a Sandbox).
