Search or Filter Pick List (picklist) field values

The drop-down selection control that Clarizen is using for pick lists only allows "searching" within the list of values by matching the beginning text of the value.  This makes finding and selecting values in long pick lists (like Time Zone) difficult, annoying, and more error-prone.

The vast majority of commonly available picklist controls for web apps allow text matching of any text, not just the beginning of the value.  You should swap out your current control for a more modern one.
