Scrolling Within an Add Related Section

Within a project, there are several items on the right hand side of the screen, within the related items panel.  (Action, resources, notes, etc.)  Our users can minimize them so that they don't all show and that we can maximize to see all the items listed. However, that expansion can be a nuisance as it opens up an additional pop up. A nice feature would be to have a scroll feature within those panes. You can scroll left to right currently, but not up and down.  I believe this is core and not something we can customize.  Can this be added to the Roadmap for feature enhancements?
