Ability to set multiple scheduled automatic Time Phased data refreshes

Currently, the time phased data refreshes automatically once a day.

Only Admins are able to click the button 'Refresh Time Phased Data' in the reports view.

I'd like there to be an option where admins can setup multiple scheduled timephased data refreshes a day. I'd like my end users to have closer to real time data.
