New Timesheets Complete Until functionality needs tweaking
The new Timesheets Complete Until functionality has merit but it is not consistent with existing "contract hours" reporting functionality. The new functionality looks at user calendar. If a user has 8 hours of availability per day the functionality requires 8 hours of time sheets for that day. So if a user works 50 hours in a week but only worked 7.5 hours on one day the timesheets complete until calculations sees this as incomplete timesheet. Contract hours looks at hours in a period so if someone works 50 hours in a week but zero hours on one day it is not viewed as an incomplete timesheet. Its not reasonable to require someone to report 8 hours per day especially if someone were to work a few extra hours one day to get ahead of the next days work.
