Dependent picklist view options in edit mode

Currently, the dependent picklists are designed in such a way that the parent picklist options appear as column headers against which the child picklist values are to be selected. I just want to see the child options as headers and the parent picklist values as options to select.

It can be switch the view, just to know for which all parent values the child value have been selected, the reason why we are asking this is currently we don’t have a visibility to check which all child picklist options are selected under which parent option, especially when both the parent & child picklists has multiple options and spread across multiple pages.
