Are you referring to users with Team Member licenses? They should have access to risks, issues, requests, and action items by default as long as the modules are available in their profile. Can anyone please show me how to enable "team members" so that they'd add risks/issues or even action items themselves? Thank you.

They should be able to just go into the modules and create these items. Do they have access to these modules in the navigation? If not an admin will have to add it to the profile they are using.
