Need ability for some PMs to approve their own timesheets and others to not be allowed to

Currently the setting to not allow approval of your own timesheets (for example if a PM is the approver and they enter time on a project) is only available at the global level so it's for the entire instance.

We have different business units in the same instance and some allow PMs to approve their own time and others do not.

Would it be possible to allow this setting at the Project level, if the Time Approval is set to Project Manager?
