Feature Request - Timezone Selection for Report Filters

We are a global company and use Clarizen across multiple timezones.  This is causing a challenge with how reports are filtering.  Here's an example.

• I have a report set to show all projects created within the current quarter.  It has a filter for "Created On" set to "This Quarter".
• One project was created on 3/31/2020 at 6:00PM EST.  When I run the report, this shows as 3/31/2020. 
• Our Clarizen organization is set to Israel's timezone
• When the report runs, this project is evaluated as within "This Quarter" because 3/31/2020 at 6:00PM EST is 4/1/2020 at 1:00AM IST.
• We would like to set the report to evaluate the time range with a specific timezone (in this case, US EST).
