How to add completed and past due tasks for a particular project in a custom action form

I have created a custom action where I have created few fields to get the input from project manager and at the bottom I want the list of completed and past due tasks added for that particular project through a toggle.

Please help me out with the action I need to use to get the list attached.

What is the use case? This might be best discussed with your Professional Services Consultant since it seems very specific to your process.
