Reporting on estimated % complete

Is there any way to report on tasks where % complete = 100?

These are tasks that should be complete based on work and actual effort. It would be great to be able to report on this so we can drive task completion

Filtering on 100% complete returns 100% and 100%?. I figured out how to report on this and it includes adding filter state = completed.

This works because 100? is not a completed task
