Emails dragged/dropped directly from Outlook get deleted

Hello,

Our team loves that emails in Outlook can be dragged directly from Outlook and dropped onto the Add button in Clarizen. This is especially useful for tasks, so that important emails associated to the task can be saved forever in Clarizen, and eliminates the need to download email > save locally > upload to Clarizen.

However, when the email is dragged into Clarizen, it gets deleted from Outlook. Ideally, the original email would remain in Outlook, and a "copy" of the email would populate in Clarizen.

It's been difficult to find anything online about this, so wondering if anyone here has any advice?
