Quick Case creation from Browser window

When engaging on large projects, quick responses to client feedback is extremely important for the optics of our commitment to our client's satisfaction.

Testing delivered functionality and UAT cycles could be time consuming and we would like to give our customers the ability to be as efficient when providing feedback (therefore improving the quality of the feedback from them).

Allowing our clients to create Cases with screenshots and recreation steps (when needed) within their Web Browser would be very helpful, which is what I believe the 'Google Chrome Extension' was intended to do (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clarizen-google-chrome-ex/boinepekhojocfdiodhccpncacanfdnl?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon)

We would like to see this tool brought back or a replacement for it to be introduce. Keeping the scope of it to a quick Case-creation tool would be enough for us at this stage.
