Ability to click on Report Highlights and filter corresponding data table

Currently only charts are interactive, whereby clicking on a chart value filters the corresponding report data table to filter the results to those matching the clicked value.

Requirement is to be able to have the same function when clicking on a report highlight (that its corresponding table, and charts are filtered to the criteria used on the highlight)
