This should be almost entirely possible today using CSS and our API. I would recommend discussing this with your Customer Success Manager or Professional Services Consultant.

Ability to Rebrand Clarizen Solution
We would like to be able to rebrand the Clarizen product, we refer to our tailored Clarizen One environment internally as Polaris. It would be nice so that on any system emails, notifications, imagery etc. have the ability to be branded as needed.
Some of our users get confused when on our internal comms we refer to Polaris, and on the communications from the platform they get emails from Clarizen
