This is a function of permissions, so there is no setting at this point that would change this except for turning off enhanced permissions.

Setting to allow Global Search to return the same results for all?
Super Users pull a lot more results for Projects and Files than Default Users and it is causing confusion. Is there a setting to remove any filtering from the Global Search for all Profiles? Anyone can see anything in my Company. I cannot find an article on that and definitely do not want to make managers Super-Users. Thanks!
