Enhancement Request: Make OK Button Accessible at All Times

For pop up boxes, the OK button to save the entry is not always accessible on the screen.  The end user sometimes needs to adjust the screen resolution in order to be able to see / click it.  This is extremely problematic if one has just entered a large amount of text and accidentally clicks outside of the box, losing the entry.
