RAG status on Baseline due date variance

Hi,

I'm creating a report that shows a snapshot of projects and their milestones. I have the basic report but am stuck trying to RAG colour code the Baseline Due Date Variance field according to its value. Zero variance green, early delivery green, late delivery red. Is this possible?

You should be able to do this with conditional formatting. Where are your getting stuck?
