Hi Nancy, this would only be possible if they have at least a Requestor license. If they have no license, they will be able to create Requests but not send additional information into the request via email.
InterAct Email to Case - Reply to Email
Hi - I am trying to configure the system to allow requestors to send an email to open a request but then they can reply to the email they receive from Clarizen that confirms their request was received. In that reply they will provide further detail and attachments.
I cannot find any information on if this is possible or how to go about this.
