Inconsistency between Resource Planning and Resource Load default start date for a week setting

When you access the Resource Planning view from the work plan (Resourcing > Resource Planning) and view the schedule by weeks, the view starts by default on the day of the week that you are viewing the page. In other words, if you open the view on Tuesday, the week starts on Tuesday. Every time you refresh the page, you have to manually set the view to start on Monday.

This is opposite of how it works when you go to the Resource Load > My Direct Reports module. There, the view always defaults to Monday if you use the Week view.

When accessing the resource planning view from the work plan, it should behave the same way or at least retain the last setting so that you don't have to change the day to Monday every time you refresh the view.
