URL's to include Tab information from Reports when Copy/Paste

It would be nice to include tab level information in the URL so when you copy/paste the URL into an email, or other communication method it would take the user not only to the report, but the specific tab you would like to reference.  Same with sharing discussion threads - this would allow the user to know what to look at vs having to specify it in writing to them.
