Enhancement Request: Masthead & Activities Today Customization

We have a scenario where we would like to customize what the users see in their "Activities Today". For example, when there are new Notes in the Activities Today, the user must click into the Note to see which Project it is associated to. It would be nice to be able to display the name of the Project from the Activities Today beside the Note instead of needing them click into the Note to see its associated item.
