Morning Roland,

Thanks for your response.  This solution works fine when i set it up at the Case level but doesn't work when I set it up at the Request level, which is where it will be part of a CA that carried out more actions.

To work around this I've created it as a Case CA but have ticked "Hide if user doesn't have run permissions" and set evaluation criteria of $EntityType = 'EnhancementRequest'

Would you take the same approach?

Hi Roland,

I've just figured out what was wrong.  It's nothing to do with whether this CA is at the Case or Request level.  I wasn't being added as a Team Member as I had forgotten that I'm a member of the Requestor team and the running order of the actions in the CA was to add me as a team member and then to remove anyone that is a member of that group!

I've changed the running order and it works as expected now.
