Dashboards - Add Panels To Bottom of Column

Whilst not a limiting factor, as you can obviously manual workaround 

Given I would assume that most people would build dashboards in the order they expect the reports to display, it would seem more logical when adding a panel, that it defaults to the bottom, as opposed to at the top of the column?
