Control and Management of Templates

All templates are available to All users – This is starting to get a bit messy (Especially with users creating their own templates) – It would be good to be able to control who sees which templates, possibly with a permissions model similar to in Reporting.

Also / or an option to group templates in some form of folder structure may help
