Can't attach NEW files using custom action .

Hey,

I have two custom actions used to create a customer object in Clarizen, one is on projects and the other is on the custom object. The one on projects allows the users to attach existing and new files but the one on the custom object only allows users to select from existing files.

I have compared the 2 custom actions and I can't see why this would be.

Any ideas where I have gone wrong, or is this a bug?

Hello Nyssa,

I just tested this in my demo environment and it works just fine. 

Could you please let me know what is selected in the highlighted field (see screenshot) in the custom action's configuration? 

If it's not "File", could you please set it to "File" and let me know if this helps?

Hey Roland,

 

You were correct I had the Type set to files not file.
