Notification triggered by a custom field in the property card
Hi! I am looking for advice on how to set up an e-mail notification to all resources, project manager, owner within a project once a custom field in the property card is changed. This custom field is about the approval of a project request. Once the project is approved, I change the field to Approved (or to an other output). This action of mine should trigger a mail to everyone who is involved in the project. The email should also has a custom text saying your project was approved or rejected or on hold and therefore requires a certain activity from the manager. Is this possible? Thank you for the help in advance

Hi Roland!
Thank you. I tried to copy paste the relevant syntax but it run on an error all the time. I checked other rules and I figured out the solution. So thank you for your comment, it helped me and now it is working.
