Morning all,
Our project process starts with a request being received and then a CA creating a project from that request. We add the resource that we know are going to be working on the project as team members in the request.
What I would like to do is add billable in hours and billable out of hours fields into the request so we can include the hourly rate that has been sold. When the project is created the CA will update their billable hours in the project.
Hope this makes sense. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I think the solution to this depends on the exact configuration of your environment and your requirements. My recommendation is to work on this with your Professional Services consultant.
