How do i get about making risk fields bold and red as this is one of the requirements from my customer. They want users to input these fields so having it bold wouldn't miss their attention while entering. I understand we could have validation rules to make user input these fields mandatory but i would also like to have them color coded and made bold. Appreciate your early response.

It's not possible to target the labels, but you can target the fields themselves. For example, the following CSS:
