Ability to sync text/rich-text fields to Overview fields via iHub

Ability to sync text/rich-text fields to Overview fields via iHub. Rich text fields in other systems (e.g. JIRA Description) can't be trimmed correctly, thus anything longer than 2000 can't be synced. For future reference, please use CR-722858.
