Send status emails to customer contacts

Hello,

We would like to be able to send Status reports and other documents to our customer contacts from within Clarizen. We have built a custom action to do this, but mails can only be sent to Clarizen "users". It will be great to extend this functionality to customer contacts, as they are an important stakeholder on our projects.
