Is it possible to query system settings via CZQL

As you know we can use CZQL in order to query any table in Clarizen.
Is it possible to query System Settings via CZQL ? 

if so can you share an example query which contains the setting name, setting values and the table name ? 

For example like : 
select Name, Value from SystemSettings
