Meeting Notes Object - include resizable Notes section

The notes section in Meeting Notes can get kind of cramped quickly, when adding in tables, inserting images etc...

It would be nice to have the section scalable, much like this window I am typing in now - where it has the two lines in the bottom corner and I can grab it to drag it bigger.
