Reportable Flag inherited from Milestone Template instead of value set at Project level

Currently when using a Milestone Template Reportable on a task is inherited from the value set at project level rather than the value set on the template.

i.e. If "Allow Reporting on Sub Items" is set on at project level then every elementary task in the milestone template is set to Reportable regardless of what it is set to in the template. This results in a lot of unintended lower level timesheet entries being generated on employees timesheets resulting in them becoming to busy to use & confusion where they have come from.

To address this can Reportable please be inherited from the Milestone Template rather than the default at Project level?
