Move the properties card to bottom of a view.

Is it possible via CSS or View, Edit to move the properties card lower in a view (i.e. second position)?  The information there is relevant.  However, I have a status indicator I'd like to appear at the top of the view which allows the user to understand where the item/case is in progress.
