Add Option to change burndown charts from remaining effort to planned work

Please consider adding the functionality to burndown charts to display planned work against actual hours worked instead of just remaining effort. As a consulting company, we work against a budget of hours over time, and seeing the burndown of those hours against the planned work curve would be extremely useful. If the module could have the option to view either perspective, it would help a lot.
