Unfortunately neither are possible at the moment.

Open up closed project
When a project is marked as complete and you open it again (mark as active), all tasks also get state = active.
Often we don't want them all to be active by default. Can we have that changed? When we open up a project again you get a question if you also want to open up all tasks or not?
