Support aggregate functions for formula fields on time phased reports

It is relatively common for our ops team to create a report with a formula field in time phased reports.

It appears that Clarizen removed this ability.

Clarizen used to support this ability. Unfortunately, due to numerous bugs, the R&D decided to remove it (I learned this from a recent bug I filed RE this feature).

This is a request to bring back the ability to use the normal aggregator functions on formula fields on time phased reporting.
