Consolidate Time Phase Data Date - 1 Cost Line Item

I have created a report that provides me Forecasted Cost (TimePhaseData Field) for both Capital and Expense.

When I run the report i get an individual line item for each month I populated cost in the Cash Flow Module. My intent is to collapse down to one line for Capital and One Line for Expense, yet still reflect all the other fields displayed. The report has been created in Table View. I cannot utilize Cross-Tab because of a pre-loaded rate table that causes issues with conversion.
