Apply task assignments as a scheduled workflow
We would like to be able to use a scheduled workflow to update project level assignments from task assignments. This can be done as a custom action, but not as a scheduled workflow. If a task assignment changes (more work assigned or due date extended) we would like for a scheduled workflow to recalculate the capacity planning grid based on the modified assignment. We do not require staffing requests or approvals, so would like for capacity planning to be updated daily based on new projects that have come online or any updated assignments.

I've been told by multiple people at Clarizen that it cannot be done as a scheduled workflow rule after I created a SWR for this and it had no effect on our capacity. This is from Matt in ticket 78430:
